Moscow FDF fans rejoice! We are happy to announce we will be an official exhibitor at the Moscow International Open Fitness Festival (MIOFF) at VDNH Pavilion 75, from 6-8 November this year for three full days of fitness and fun. Come and say hello at booth #C9, we have stacks of entertainment and products to test out!

Now in its 16th year, the MIOFF Trade Show is the biggest fitness expo in Eastern Europe, with 256 leading international brands and 296 events in total – the expo saw 9,795 participants overall last year and is expected to bring the same turnout this year.

A meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, fitness professionals, club owners and fitness enthusiasts, the MIOFF expo sees an estimated 3,500 decision makers who are on the hunt for new innovations that can transform new and existing health clubs.

Attendees have the opportunity to take advantage of special expo-only promotions as well as get the first sneak peek of new products on the market in the fitness industry; so if you pride yourself on being in-the-know with all things fitness, make sure to check it out!

Rowing with Roman Rudenko 

For the indoor rowing fans, Russia’s own champion rower Roman Rudenko will be coaching daily rowing classes at our booth, teaching you how to get most out of your workout and FDF products. If you want to row like a pro, be sure to come along and get his top tips and tricks for performing better during your next rowing session!  

For the fitness fanatics who are keen to put their strength to the test, try your hand at our Predator Challenge. This one’s not for the faint hearted – a gruelling upper body workout with a strong emphasis on core stability, we dare you to see how long you can last on our E620ST Predator!
