We’re excited to announce that the First Degree Fitness team will be at the Chicago Club Industry Trade Show from October 4-6, at the Hilton, Chicago. The show brings together fitness industry leaders, manufacturers and retailers to facilitate networking, demonstrations and knowledge sharing.
The Golden Designs team our North American Distributor will join FDF for the three-day conference, showcasing FDF’s best-selling indoor FluidRowers and latest water resistance innovations including the Predator E620ST upper body ergometer.

Each day, all the qualifiers compete in a ‘grand finale,’ to determine the champion of the Predator Challenge.
DAILY QUALIFIER CHALLENGE
Men:
100 RPM
Level 20
60 seconds
Women:
80 RPM
Level 20
60 seconds
GRAND FINALE CHALLENGE
Hold above 100 RPM for men and 80 RPM for women for the longest time.
PRIZES
All qualifiers receive an FDF hat
